I am currently taking new clients as a personal trainer/heath coach. My goal is to help you become your best you in all aspects including fitness, nutrition, and mental/emotional health. You can not be your best you unless you nurture all areas.

Initial interview and creating personalized fitness and meal plan

per month for assessment and adjustments every 2 weeks and unlimited questions/check ins/information

$125/month

$345/ 3 months (save $30

We will determine which option is best for you and I will create a personal invoice for you. Upon payment, you will receive an email with questions to answer that will help me create a program that is perfect for you!

I have 21 years of experience teaching middle school PE and health in South Carolina. I coached volleyball for 15 years and softball for 5 years. I played Softball and Volleyball in college and have a plethora of experience in Health and Fitness. Recently, I have focused on nutrition and weight loss. My goal is to help each individual by listening to your wants and creating a program specifically to help you achieve your goals. I am willing to communicate via email, test/messenger, video conference, and phone. I will stay in constant communication with you while on my program to monitor your success and make adjustments to ensure desired results. You will have access to me for questions at any reasonable hour. I am married and have an 8 year old son, so I can not possibly be available 24/7.

I am excited to work with clients that have a health issue or injury that needs special attention. I had total knee replacement at age 41 and gained weight from inactivity so I am also on my own personal program to strengthen my knee and to get the weight off. I am always willing to make modifications to make exercise safe for you and work until we find a program that you enjoy.
