I am currently accepting new clients as a personal trainer/health coach. My goal is to help you become your best you in all aspects including fitness, nutrition, and mental/emotional health.
MY EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/ Health from Lander University (2000)
- Master’s of Arts in Education from University of Phoenix (2005)
- Completed the PLUS 18 graduate program from University of Laverne (2018) classes included Weight training for Women, Fit for Life, and others
I have taught physical education and health for 21 years and coached softball for 5 years and volleyball for 15 years in South Carolina. I also played volleyball and softball in college. Recently I have focused on nutrition and weight loss because I had a knee replacement 2 years ago at age 41 and put on extra weight during that long recovery. I am currently on my own program to strengthen my knee and lose that extra weight. After 3 weeks, I am down 10 pounds. I have a plethora of experience and resources in health and fitness and my goal is to help you by listening to your wants and needs and creating a program specifically to help you achieve your goals.
I am willing to communicate via email, text/messenger, video conference, and phone. I still teach full time so obviously, the video and phone sessions will be scheduled. Emails and messages will be answered promptly. I will stay in constant communication with you as long as you stay on my program to monitor your success and make adjustments to ensure your success. You will have access to me for questions at any reasonable hour.
I am excited to take on clients that have specific health needs and your plan will be specific to accommodate your needs and unsure safety.

You let me know what you want and I will create a personal invoice for you. Upon payment, you will receive an in depth questionnaire. After completing that, I will create a personal fitness program and meal plan specifically for you. Please be as honest as possible because it will allow me to create a more effective program. I will make sure you understand everything and are able to do the exercises and activities correctly and safely. You can ask questions via email or messenger anytime and I will respond as soon as possible. We will assess your progress every 2 weeks and make updates/ accommodations to your plans. I will touch base regularly to check in and to provide encouragement and tips. You should have a program within a few days of getting your questionnaire complete. Once you pay, money is non-refundable.
